Consultancy and Implementation of Fixed Asset Management Solution for Petroleum Equalization Fund (Management) Board.

Overview

This project was conceived with the goal of enabling PEF effectively maintain a centralized and reliable record of all its fixed assets for the purposes of proper financial accounting and asset management.

Detailed description of project

Supply the proposed Integrated Fixed Assets Management Solution with all the required modules, hardware, devices, work-flow and integration services set out here under:

Fixed Asset Software for:

  • Inventory Management
  • Asset Register
  • Application Integration Services
  • Deploy proposed fixed Asset Management Solution (WISETRACK)
  • Configuration of the Fixed Asset Management Core Software application in line with identified requirements (User Licenses)
  • Integration of data with existing SAP application
  • System tests with database servers on “live” and testing environments
  • Training of Technical, End-users and System Administrators
  • Provision of hardware systems for assets codification- with Unicode, Microsoft SQL Servers with Boards license, handheld Barcode/ RFID readers and printers
  • Provision of Industry Standard Devices- Scanners, Polyester Labels (as per specification)
  • Design Workflow Process, Policy and Procedure for Fixed Asset Management that eliminates duplication and redundant records.
  • Professional Revaluation of existing fixed assets and create an asset value.
  • Develop a clean and reliable Fixed Asset Register- with Unicode, uniform asset identification numbers in finance, admin/stores, zonal offices and depots.
  • Supply PEF with manual, brochures etc. as relating to the proposed solution
